At BioPharmas.org, we strive to fulfill all orders placed by our clients. However, in certain cases, we may be unable to process orders due to limitations in product availability, stock shortages, or concerns identified by our credit and fraud prevention department.
If all or part of your order is canceled, our 24/7 support team will notify you promptly. If your order is canceled after the payment has been processed, the charged amount will be credited back to your account.
Unpaid Orders: Orders for which no payment receipt is provided will be treated as canceled.
Cancellation by the Client: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our client service team as soon as possible. Upon receiving the cancellation request, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund if the order has not been processed or shipped. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In some cases, order processing may occur within 12 hours of placing the order.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If the payment was made via Credit Card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. For payments made via Check/Money Order, a refund will be issued in the same form, provided the check or money order has not been deposited. Refund processing typically takes 10 business days. However, in the case of checks or money orders, additional time may be required for delivery and clearance.
